Giving a Voice to the Silence offers positive angles to the issue that faces those with mental illness. Living with Schizo-Affective Disorder and being able to share my experiences with others, is the best way I know how to pay it forward. Life can be difficult, my goal is to bring a bit of hope to a place where many feel there is none.

One post a day - 30 days

With an unusual amount of interviews and events to cover for the newspaper I write for, a few web writing jobs and helping a friend with his business start up - life has been a little crazy and unfortunately my blogs have suffered.

Starting today I will be writing one post (at least) a day for the next 30 days in an attempt to get me back on track.
